Denver Chapter Meets on February 22 at Rocky Mountain Shutters & Shades.
The Denver Chapter of IDS had their monthly meeting last week at Rocky Mountain Shutters & Shades in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of the city. RMSS is a specialized Hunter Douglas Gallery and had the new Aura Illuminated shading products installed as part of the design demos that are thoughout the retail location.
RMSS Owner Kristen Brown explained to our Technology Designer team that she decided to install the Aura Illuminated shades in a separate, enclosed room in addition to the samples on display out on the show floor. “To really appreciate the Aura, you have to demo it in a night-time setting to see the real elegance of the product. And that’s difficult to do during daytime hours because of the light streaming into the storefront.”
Additionally, a professional portrait photographer was on hand to explain how to get the best portrait photographs for your professional headshot, and she set up her rig to take headshots of all of the attendees.
