As we go into CEDIA 2023, many shared partners are asking about the commitment to the Josh.ai and Control4 integration after the lawsuit that Snap One filed.

We wanted to share the commitments Josh.ai and Snap One have shared publicly to help address this directly. At Josh.ai, we stand behind our commitment and philosophy to work openly with all of the products and services our community values. We will do everything we can to maintain the integration as we know how much not just dealers, but customers, depend on this relationship.
Snap One has also shared publicly the following statement:
“We are committed to doing our part to continue to enable Josh.ai systems to integrate with Control4.”
The integration between Control4 and Josh.ai has been a staple in the industry for years, a partnership that was built on innovation and began well before the Control4 acquisition by Snap One. In addition to years of co-development, Snap One has sold, marketed and supported Josh.ai products to the dealer community. With many years as partners, Josh.ai and Control4 (Snap One) have publicly made announcements and worked together to support our shared dealers. We fully intend on maintaining that legacy.
