Chief, a brand of Legrand | AV, today announced its new Tempo Portrait Flat Panel Wall Mount System will debut at ISE 2026, taking place Feb. 3-6 in Barcelona. To be demonstrated in Booth 3L500, the Tempo Portrait is a purpose-built mounting solution that simplifies installation and ongoing service of portrait-oriented digital signage displays where uptime is critical.
Designed to support medium and extra-large displays up to 200 lbs. (90.7 kg), the Tempo Portrait wall mount provides integrated device storage and a total service depth of 12.6” (32 cm) that allows technicians to access AV components without removing the display. The result is simpler maintenance, reduced downtime, and faster installs across large, multi-site digital signage networks.
“With digital signage and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, uptime is everything. Every minute a display is down means lost impressions, missed revenue and frustrated customers. Servicing equipment behind displays has traditionally been time-consuming and disruptive,” said Dorian Haro, Senior Product Manager for Chief. “Tempo Portrait was designed to eliminate those challenges with tool-free access to stored devices while keeping the display securely in place. Single-technician accessibility is a critical enhancement to maintain signage systems at scale.”
Tempo Portrait addresses the growing demand for portrait-oriented digital signage in applications such as DOOH advertising and wayfinding. Built-in storage panels allow integrators to pre-load AV devices offsite, streamlining installation and reducing jobsite variables. The mount’s pull-out mechanism enables single-technician servicing, lowering labor costs and minimizing operational disruptions.
Installation is simplified through a standardized, all-in-one design that reduces guesswork and speeds deployment across large rollouts. Tempo Portrait is UL Listed for installation on wood studs, steel studs, concrete, or block walls, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of commercial environments.
The Tempo Portrait Flat Panel Wall Mount System is available in multiple configurations, including models with integrated power distribution units (PDUs). The Tempo Portrait Medium Flat Panel Wall Mount System supports 38” to 50” displays, while the Tempo Portrait Large supports 55” to 100” displays. Optional additional device storage panel accessories are available to accommodate extra AV components.
Chief Tempo Portrait Flat Panel Wall Mount System will be on display at ISE 2026 in Hall 3, Booth 3L500. The product is scheduled to ship later in 2026.
