ZIO’s award-winning Windermere project is a 15,000-square-foot lakefront estate that exemplifies intelligent design and thoughtful execution. The home features one of Florida’s largest Lutron Ketra installations, ceiling-recessed automated shades with Josh.ai voice control, a fully immersive custom cinema, and meticulous documentation and rack engineering that supported flawless integration across all trades.
