Technology Designer magazine, the definitive resource for the design-build community at the intersection of technology and design, announces the winners of the 2025 Performance Home Awards. This annual recognition program highlights the projects and products that are raising the bar for intelligent homes and lifestyle-enhancing technologies.
Unlike traditional awards that focus solely on technical specifications, the Performance Home Awards emphasize a holistic view of innovation. Entries are evaluated across Design, Technology and the User Experience, ensuring that each honoree represents not just engineering excellence, but also real-world impact on how we live, work and relax in our homes.

“Each year, we see incredible creativity and ingenuity from both integrators and manufacturers,” said Douglas Weinstein, Editor-in-Chief of Technology Designer Magazine. “The 2025 winners have delivered projects and solutions that are not only technologically advanced but also deeply attuned to aesthetics and usability. Together, they illustrate how the industry is transforming the way homeowners experience modern living.”
The awards are open to professionals and organizations involved in designing, manufacturing, and promoting smart home solutions. Winners will be profiled in the next issues of Technology Designer magazine and featured across its digital platforms, offering readers an inside look at the latest innovations shaping the next generation of performance homes.
