Nice, global leader in Home Management Solutions, announces the appointment of Paul Williams – currently Chief Product Officer at Nice North America − as Managing Director of the new Home Management Solutions Business Unit, established to allow the company to oversee a worldwide approach to this sector to bridge the gap between technology, design, ease of use and sustainability, and make home an active, efficient and safe system capable of taking care of the people who live there, improving their quality of life and ultimately simplifying their everyday. In this role, Paul will join the global Nice Group Executive Team, reporting to Roberto Griffa, Group CEO at Nice.
The Home Management Solutions Business Unit aims to provide a holistic home management experience where integration and connectivity are key to creating living spaces where everyone can feel protected and free. Since joining Nice North America in 2022, Paul has been invaluable in taking this step forward: he has supported the product teams in exceeding customer expectations and being at the forefront of the strategy to successfully merge all companies operating in the region under one brand – leading consistency to the market.

Prior to joining Nice, Paul Williams spent nearly 15 years at Control4, where he held numerous senior leadership positions in the areas of; operations, support, hospitality sales and product / R&D. After Control4, he then joined GE Lighting, where he built a team that has created a do-it-yourself smart home ecosystem integrating dozens of products and a mobile app experience that is now used by millions of consumers.
