Wonder was the theme at the Annual HTSA Spring Conference in Phoenix.

The Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) represents some of the finest technology design and system integration firms in the country. They work closely with the design-build community to enhance design goals and elevate lifestyle experiences in the built environment. They create a sense of wonder for their clients with intuitive interfaces and imaginative lighting solutions.
In fact, ‘Wonder’ was the theme for the Spring Conference held March 31 – April 3 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass outside of Phoenix, Arizona.
The multi-day event consisted of a day for the association Members to meet amongst themselves for private discussions. Day two was devoted to Vendor meetings – one-on-one meetings of Members and Vendors to discuss a wide range of topics including new product releases, programs and how companies work together as productively as possible.
Day three featured the State of the Union Address by HTSA CEO Jon Robbins, as well as keynote presentations, a round table discussion on the likely impacts of tariffs, and break-out sessions that included Innovative Business Development Practices, Dealing with team Egos: Creating Positive Team Morale, Rethinking Power: A New Approach to Selling and Delivering Power Solutions, Mentorship: Impactful Ways to Invest in Others, and Past, Present and Future of Marketing for Custom Integrators.
There were of course extensive networking opportunities for all: from meals to cocktail receptions to evenings congregating around the bar to share business strategies and ideas. It is the communal comradery of the HTSA Members and the willingness to share what works and what doesn’t work that defines this stellar trade organization.
