Cecilia Ramos
Cecilia’s expertise is in lighting, interiors and architectural design and at Lutron, Cecilia is responsible for leading the company’s work in Architecture & Design. She holds degrees from MIT (B.SAD) and Princeton University (M.Arch), and has traveled the world as a lighting designer for luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, and Dior Parfums.
In her current role, Cecilia is responsible for leading Lutron’s Architecture and Design business relations and strategy. Her work encompasses client development, creative direction, marketing, experiential design, and strategy. At Lutron she has also led the interior and lighting design of Lutron’s award-winning Ketra Headquarters in Austin, TX., Los Angeles Design Studio, Conshohoken HQ, and 2022 PRISMATIC events throughout Europe.
Michael Don Ham
Michael is the Co-Founder and President of RePure, a leading supplier of best-in-class wellness technology solutions for residential applications available through professional installers. His vision is to make managing Indoor Environmental Quality (air, water, light, acoustics, scents) in homes and buildings as simple as how a thermostat manages temperature so that everyone can spend time in environments that are elevating health and well-being from behind the scenes while also providing access to the status of their air and water quality in real-time.
Michael, as part of the International WELL Building Institute as an Accredited Professional and Faculty member, strives to increase awareness of how the spaces where we live, work, study and play can impact our health and to share his passion for continuous improvement through people and planet-centric design and technology.
